At L’Heritage Fine Jewelry, we take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be returned in new and re-saleable condition within 10 business days from the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
- Returns initiated after 10 days are only eligible for store credit, up to 30 days from the delivery date.
- Custom-made items purchased in-store or online are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Process
Request Authorization
- Before returning an item, you must obtain a return authorization by emailing info@lheritagefinejewelry.com. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Packaging & Shipping
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage.
- Use an insured courier service (e.g., FedEx, UPS) and retain your receipt for tracking purposes. L’Heritage Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Include a note with your name and invoice number inside the package. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the return.The refund will cover the merchandise amount only, excluding shipping costs.
